When we were looking to sell our house in Pembroke, we had an idea of how the process would go, but Susan and Lori's expertise and clear communication improved the experience more than we could ask for. Susan and Lori were ready to go as soon as we decided to sell. To start, they were able to provide us with a detailed comp analysis so that we understood the strategy behind our listing price. Their analysis was not only informative, but it also turned out to be effective and accurate. Their work continued with the staging of our house. When I first saw the home fully staged by Susan and Lori, I could not believe it was the same house. Their vision shed the house in a new, improved light, and their execution exceeded any vision I could have had. The professional photos taken for the listing only bolstered what I saw in person. Susan and Lori prepared for and hosted two successful open houses. Offers came in quickly due to this, and Susan and Lori were able to negotiate on our behalf for the price and conditions that the house was worth. During and upon closing, Susan and Lori kept close communication. Whether this be updates on buyer financing, or even creating and sharing a video highlighting our house through the selling process, the communication kept us in the loop and demonstrated how dedicated Susan and Lori were to us as their clients. Lori Saville has always been on top of each transaction, from primary home, land sales, advice and valuations that were always spot on! She thinks of everything, plans ahead and provides actionable advice that have earned us maximum value in both sales and purchase. She seems to always be available with answers, providing strategies, and always with multiple options to cover the way forward. Maybe most important of all, she truely listens and understands my needs and expectations. Fair, trustworthy, honest and impeccable credentials.
